Want to thank all the staff for their excellent service, working tirelessly on the front line, exposing themselves to these volumes of people for the greater good. 

I am prone to passing out with injections and was managed very well.
Only comment of constructive criticism would be the wiping down of chairs between individuals. I witnessed several workers wiping down chairs however they focused on the back rest and seat pad more so than the main contact points which I would believe to be the rim of the chair and the back of the chair.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback. I am glad to hear you've had your vaccine and that the staff managed your condition well.

I will take your points regarding cleaning on board and I will contact all our clinic leads today about this and ensure they are concentrating on the touch points. We do have cleaning schedules in places to enforce this and so I will reiterate to the staff. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
