"Non covid compliance where it's needed most!"

About: New Cross Hospital

I visited the A&E with a health issue upon arrival i was greeted by the doorman who insisted i sanitised my hands and wear a mask if i didnt have one already, this is all well and good until you get in A&E where the mask rule goes out of the window with people using the masks as neck warmers instead of the intended purpose and apparently this isnt enforceable by either staff or security and they are not allowed to enforce the mask rule incase it offends, im not sure whats happened here but i can see things going in one direction which is back to square one with more lock downs due to ignorance of both patients and staff when compliance is needed most.
