"Urgent care treatment and reception"

About: Mount Vernon Hospital Site

I had the misfortune of requiring urgent review of serious burn on my foot caused by scalding.

I attended not knowing an appointment was necessary but, was offered a comeback later appointment which was greatly appreciated.

Treatment was given and Nurses sent images to Stoke Mandeville for advice which was beyond the call of duty resulting in a return visit being necessary which I look forward to.

Having had dreadful difficulties over past 3 years sourcing various investigations I can only describe the service given as “Exemplary” and a true example of how great the NHS can provide within sectors driven by caring for people which,

Appears sadly unusual these days ( from dreadful experiences ).

I commend your nursing staff in this regard for being Top Notch

Thank you
