About: Stockwell Group Practice

I have been waiting to receive my physiotherapy for months now. I already had 2 appointments given to me by them over the years... my first appointment was in February and my second appointment was in May. Due to the pandemic it was a telephone consultation and they did not even bother to call me for my appointment and when I called the practice they mentioned that such an appointment did not exist... twice!

Not only that but I had an a third appointment in June which was in the practice this time due to the restrictions slowly lifting. I was 5 minutes late than the initial rule for being late which is 10 minutes and they refused to even see me. That is a disgrace of a practice, I mean the purpose is to help people, however, they are doing everything but help. I am truly disappointed in this practice and think majority of the physiotherapist are just having a laugh in there rather than actually doing their jobs and helping the people that require the help needed.

6 months have gone by and I am still yet to have a proper physiotherapy treatment, this is a joke at this point and I think this practice should not be taken seriously, as my knee is now in urgent need of physio.

Disgusting practice.

I am happy to discuss your issues with the physiotherapy service. There is an in house physiotherapist in the practice which covers other practices within the PCN. I am not sure whether you are referring to our service or the external physiotherapy services. Please contact your own GP regarding the service.
