"Unbelievable "

I have been waiting for online registration for two weeks - no results! I was told that I would receive the email necessary for registration no later than a week after the request was submitted, however, even after two weeks, nothing happens. This of course is not the only case - my wife waited even longer to finally tell her that they probably sent an email to the wrong address. They responded to my intervention that I have to be patient because the process takes (this time) two weeks! Indescribable insolence that people 60+ are harassed to come several times for this kind of thing. Unbelievable
