Lots of things conspired to mean that the wait for treatment was very long.... over three hours. Initially I was advised it would be a 90 minutes to two hours wait.
Treatment from Nurse Practitioner Louise was faultless. Very caring, professional and got the glass out of my foot. Choice of anaesthetic and explained differences well. Xray team efficient and all staff friendly. Thank you.
