I have been reading in the press how busy GP’S surgeries are and how much abuse staff have received so felt I must complement you on the excellent service I received when I ran on Monday 24/5. The automated attendant which I normally hate worked and I got a call back to say I was near the front of the queue. I was quickly connected to a receptionist who was more like a triage nurse than a traditional receptionist. She had access to my records including a letter from the Horton following my discharge from there a few days earlier. She told me she had a phone appointment available that morning but that if I could send photos of my swollen feet and ankles that would help. Not long after I had a text to say a prescription was waiting for me at my local chemists. Overall an impressive service, thank you.

Thank-you for leaving such a lovely, positive comment. I will share it with the staff. Our Call Centre team are fab, and we really appreciate their hard work.
