"Life changing experience."

I had a total right hip replacement on 24th May, one week ago. The whole experience was exemplary. All the staff, were, professional kind and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team to anyone considering this surgery. All covid protocols were adhered to, making me feel very safe. The expression " going the extra mile" , can be over used but in this case it could have been applied to the whole team. Catering staff who guided me on the menu, due to my citrus allergy, the carer who made me special coffee and the doctor with her gentle and sensitive manner. This is an experience that will always stay with me. Most of all, the skill of the surgeon has enabled me to stand straight and upright, for the first time in 6 years. Saying thank you, doesn't seem enough.
