About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (AMU)

(as a service user),

I was in AMU Altnagevin  Hospital  and just want  to take the opportunity  to say thank you  to sister and all the staff for the care and treatment  received. I could not fault anything. Staff so busy but very attentive.

I am delighted to read that you were happy with the care and treatment that you received in AMU.

I am so glad that even though the staff are very busy on the ward that they were attentive to your needs.

I will ensure that the staff are given this feedback as it will give them a well need boost.
