About: South Tyrone Hospital / Day Clinical Centre

(as a service user),

Brilliant service. Staff very friendly. I feel very comfortable during my stays. Staff professional and personable.

They could improve if there were more staff working. If the treatments could be run in more hospitals closer to me. Dungannon is great, but I believe this is only temp due to Covid.

Not too sure if this would be possible but it would be great if infusions were ready to go straight away on arrival.

Good evening thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Day Clinical Centre. It is so reassuring to read your comments about the "brilliant service. Staff very friendly". To also read that you felt very comfortable during your stays and that staff are professional and personable is so heartening to read. I will ensure that your feedback is shared directly with the team. I know that the staff will be very appreciative of your feedback.

We have also noted your comments about having more staff working, location of service and timing of infusion. These will be shared with the management of the service.
