"I have been able to start volunteering"

i have done a few courses at cgl they have really helped me learn about my old behaviours and new ones that i didn't even have , i have a great recovery capital here at cgl both staff and peers meaning i have been able to reduce my time here in the week because i don't need the same level of care as i first did , at first i was worried about how this would work for me  but i have found strength that i didn't even no i had  my confidence has grown massivly meaning i have been able to start volunteering in a shop 3 days a week.

I hope in the long run to be able to start voulenteering here and helping people along the way in there jerney, i have been able to share things here at cgl  that i have never mentioned in my life  and when my children were removed from my care  cgl were my rocks and if it hadn't been for them i dont no were i would have been , cgl has helped me grow up and get closer and closer to getting my kids back
