"Telephone advice from Continence team"

About: Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust

(as a service user),

I was preferred to the Continence team by my practice nurse. I was given a telephone appointment with Rebecca  from the Continence team. Rebecca was excellent in every way. She had a very friendly, approachable manner, phoned punctually, listened carefully to my situation and gave clear, detailed and useful advice and information. This was followed up with leaflets through the post which arrived within 48 hours. Rebecca also gave me a follow up call a few weeks later to see about my progress. The advice she gave me has made a real practical difference to my life and I am very grateful to her.
