"Myself and my alcohol addiction"

After many years of ucing alcohol as a coping mechinisim I have recently sought help with CGL at Wisbech prior to this I was unaware of their existance of CGL. I have engaged with their service just over a year ago and have found this help so very helpful; and positive. It really gives you an idea about how you can change your life for the better and I am learning various coping skills from the team to maintain my sobriety and avoid returning to my previous habits.

I must say that the whole team here at CGL Wisbech are an amazing group. They show an amazing empathy to the members of the group in sessions they are so non judgemental and understanding of the difficulties that we are going through.

Attending the group sessions is so positive and productive. I would just like to mention a few members of the team that I have engaged with , this is Adrian , Andrea. Mark. Steve and last but not least Nurse Michelle . These staff members have been extremely  helpful in many ways and showed a fantastic level of professionalism with their care and support.
