(as the patient),

We arrived early and were greeted by one of the testing staff who made it clear what was going to happen. He gave us a leaflet, which I am now returning my thoughts to, and then the test for taking. Nice and easy, we were done within five minutes. We are just very grateful that people are there to do these tests for us and help in the safeguarding of all of us,  so Thank you very much.
