"Disgusting staff attitude "

I politely asked to collect her blood test forms , I didn’t know it was their lunch break , the receptionist asked what I wanted , and she said “we are in lunch “, very rudely - I told her to be more polite and that I understand it’s lunch time , and before I could ask what time I should come she SHUT THE WINDOW IN MY FACE . From the beginning her attitude was disgusting

This is disgusting behaviour , we know Sefton has a very bad reviews feedback about the office departments . It’s disappointing that they still have not trained their staff to be kind and respectful . Patients should not have to got through this type of abuse , we already have our own problems to deal with.

Please can we have a number to make a formal complaint. We understand staff are overwhelmed during the pandemic , but this is no excuse as the attitude has been the same before .
