"Utterly Disgrasefull"

Had to wait 3 months for heart rate monitor after being discharged from hospital who requested the monitor from Rowland Gill practice. Then to be told from the dr to lay off caffine ? After changing to another practice in the area my wife has just been told she has got stage 3 kidney failure, which Rowlands Gill practice failed to inform her about. You ask for a telephone appointment, they fail to contact you. The receptionists are rude, who constantly interupt you, or just put the phone down on you without a thank you or goodbye. So glad we have now moved to another practice who really care about their patients. Rowlands Gill practice is the worst practice we have ever come accross!
