I had a cyst removed on 18/05/2021 and would just like to say that every single member of staff who dealt with me on the day in Ward 62 at St. Mary's Hospital and in the run up to the surgery was just incredible. I don't know how NHS staff manage to remain so kind, caring and genuinely lovely despite all the pressure they are under everyday but I am so grateful for them. Everyone did their very best to make me feel better as I was very nervous about being under general anaesthetic and I really felt that everyone genuinely wanted to make me feel better. Absolutely faultless experience and thank you again to every single person for fussing over me and ensuring I was okay. You guys are incredible!!!

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff.

The Trust has introduced a behavioural framework within which all members of the nursing and medical teams' practice so it was reassuring to read that you found all staff caring and professional and that your experience has been a positive one.
