Never had any problems, receptionists are always kind and helpful, all doctors I've seen are amazing and show proper care towards their patients. Although the nurse needs to be mindful, got recommended to start weight management out of nowhere, I was not there for anything to do with that nor did I ask or ask for advice. We have been in lockdown for a while and it's been hard for everyone and being told that isn't very comforting in my opinion especially when your not even there for that. I understand the motive behind it but it does leave you feeling disheartened when your leaving.
Not complaining, just needs to be more mindful of how patients feel hearing that
