"Lung Function Test 29.3.21. Heard nothing since..."

I called St Richards Hospital this morning to enquire re results of the Lung Function Test carried out at the hospital on 29th March 2021. I am surprised that I have not had any communication from the hospital since that date. I spoke to a female member of staff (Lung Function Dept) 24.5.21 who said she would ensure that someone would contact me. Because of my inability of walk long distances I had applied for a Blue Badge and unfortunately the powers that be have decided there is nothing wrong with me - I beg to differ - and requested that arrangements be made to either mail or email me the results of the Lung Function Test so that I can appeal against that decision. It would also be nice to know what the hospital is going to do to make my life easier as regards to my ability to breath..... In addition, I emailed the hospital on 29.3.21 to say how filthy the public toilets were on the first floor - no response...
