I rang 111 around 9pm as I was suffering with continuous heart palpitations and dizziness. After going through all the initial questions with a very helpful and efficient call responder I was told I needed a call back, which I would receive ASAP. I never got a call back and it is now the following day! I know they are very busy but I am very disappointed and feel like I wasn't worth even a phonecall! Fortunately as it is the next day I am now able to contact my GP.
