"Rushed but Good Outcome"

About: Healthharmonie Limited

I waited a good few months for my brain scan/referral. But when I got it, there was no scan. I got appointment at another surgery to see a neurologist expert. It was a gp surgery, gp setup although he was very good. He did listen but interrupted me, indirectly dismissed my concerns as ‘normal’ and just increased my current medication. After suffering for migraine with aura (blurred vision, peripheral vision blindness, slurred speech, confusion, pins and needles down my arm, vision hallucinations during migraine attacks) for half my life, no brain scan was ordered. I thought this was shocking considering I’m under 35 but I’m no expert. He typed 100mph on pc while I spoke, not telling me what he was typing. I was only patient in the surgery he waiting room and I saw no one but receptionist despite carpark being full.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience, however we do not perform bran scans within our service, perhaps you have mistaken our service with another provider.
