We visit wishaw A& E today and I just wanted to thank the department and doctor for speedy care. Visiting hospital is stressful enough as it is, but more so with a young child. I appreciated the speedy care, concerns treated seriously and communication clear. Dr Vardy was super with my little boy and I and we just wanted to take a moment to recognise a lovely bedside manner and helpful care

Dear Kellycos

Thank you very much for taking the time to share the details of your recent attendance at the Emergency Department at University Hospital Wishaw with your little boy.

Firstly I hope that your son is now recovering from his attendance and that you are too! It was so great to hear that you did not experience any delays and that Dr Vardy was able to treat your son and alleviate any concerns and stress that you would clearly have been experiencing. It will be my pleasure to share your lovely comments with Dr Vardy and the team in the ED.
