(as the patient),

I was seeing the consultant for a check up on the progress of my treatment and he noticed the discolouration on my front teeth which has become worse recently. Dr Sridhar went the extra mile as I was being treated for gum problems. He took the discolouration away which has made such a difference to me on a daily basis. So I would like to thank him so much for noticing this and taking the extra few mins to sort this as it has made be feel less self conscious of my teeth especially as it was at the front Thank you
