Appt at X ray West 2.30. Miserable staff member who did xray. Not friendly atall. 'Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxzxxxxxzz

Miss Glynn, Deputy Service Line Manager for Imaging was very sorry to read that you were disappointed with the services you received when you attended X-Ray West for an appointment. This is not the service we expect our patients to receive and your feedback will shared with staff so that they can reflect on how they treat patients. Miss Glynn would like to apologise for your experience on this occasion and hopes that any future interactions with the Imaging services are more positive.
