"Rubbish service, poor attention to detail"

About: Fordingbridge Surgery

I went for a prescription this morning which is a repeat prescription and ordered by the surgery who then inform me when it is in so I can come and pick it up. However after being told that the prescription was in it wasn't even ordered, this is the third time that this has happened which is wholly unacceptable, you cannot keep using CV-19 as an excuse anymore this is simple stuff if you cannot get your drills sorted when running a pharmacy you should perhaps get a job elsewhere, where perhaps incompetence is acceptable. I am not the only one who is livid at the service that is provided at the surgery the list is very long

We are sorry your prescription was not ready when we advised you that it was ready for collection. We would welcome the opportunity to speak to your regarding this incident and would ask that you contact the Dispensary Manager at the surgery as soon as possible so we can understand where there has been an error and if required put new systems in place to prevent this happening again. Although you have left a name on this review, we do not have a patient of this name registered at this surgery so please do make contact.
