Having had a test before I knew what to expect. I arrived a bit early, but that was not a problem. Welcomed by the team member and explained what was going to happen. Having the test 3 day's beforehand is not a problem for me as I'm retired. Isolating after is not a problem as I did my shopping before. The whole process was easy and swift. The nurse who did my swab was efficient and polite.
