"Lost confidence low self esteem"

(as the patient),

I'm very happy with the call from housing to get me on the good work programme today I need help due to lack of self confidence and low esteem on finding new work if this course helps me I would be very grateful for the future which is what I need many thanks to the lady who called me it boosted my day knowing there is help out there.  I felt suicidal as a result of my low self esteem, and confidence.  Thankyou
