"MRCP Results"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Outpatients University Hospital Wishaw / Radiology

(as the patient),

Unfortunately, this isn't totally positive feedback. 

I was sent for an MRCP 4 months ago, to the Golden Jubilee but was told I was referred for it through University Hospital Wishaw. 

However, I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone about my results. My GP said they didn't have the information and that I should contact the hospital which I have and left several voicemails, but I haven't had any communication since my appointment. 
I didn't receive an initial referral letter only the letter with an appointment, so I'm not even totally sure who to contact. All staff I have met in person have been lovely and so kind and helpful but the follow up has been very stressful.

Thank you for contacting us about your concern. I'm sorry you haven't had a good experience and for the frustration and stress caused by the lack of follow up /communication.

If you could phone the radiology secretary on 01698 366878 they will be able to help and inform you of your referrer. The referring clinician normally receives the results of your scan.
