I had to register with this practice and they did not have my notes yet from my previous practice when I needed new inhalers prescribed. I had to wait over week for a telephone consultation with a nurse and went through my usual medications with her. These were then prescribed incorrectly. I called taking an hour to get through to correct this and explained the situation they prescribed the wrong thing again, exactly the same wrong prescription. Why would I need more of the wrong inhalers .....
I have spent over an hour trying to call today to sort this and 4 times i the phone has been picked up as I heard the back ground noise and put down, so essentially hanging up on patients !
I have currently been left with no medication for my asthma even after explaining that the last time this happened I ended up in hospital.
I know everyone’s busy right now but no one should be hanging up on patients. I should know as I am a registered nurse !
