Wednesday 19th May 2021 rang at 8.30 am was 30th in the queue waited 37 mins and then told appt I could get 1st week of June. Thursday 20th May rang 8.30 was over 30th in the queue waited 10 mins and gave up. Friday 21st May rang at 8.30 am 27th in the queue. When u are ringing from a mobile phone just imagine the mobile bill as it is not a 0800 no . I am a patient for over 30 years and I am sad to say it is going downhill. They need to do better. What about working patients . We are treated like worse than plants or animals. We do not abuse the system. Before we got online appts they are changed too.
