"Still not been contacted"

About: NHS Lanarkshire / Covid 19 Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

I am undergoing chemotherapy and my husband had sepsis last year I got letter to allow my household to get vaccine as priority. Since March my husband has been trying to get vaccine, contacted NHS Scotland to register as per letter received. GP can't help, and can get through by telephone been on hold for over 4 hours where do we go from here. 

Really disappointed to say the least.
