(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We have been very lucky in using the 24/7 care helpline [St Luke's Palliative helpline] and thank the whole team for their fantastic service.  It has been an enormous help to us who have no one else to turn to for a quick reply to concerns and we have felt extremely supported.

Thank you again for the wonderful service for all carers and the ill.
