I was referred to Ealing IAPT service for cbt therapy to help with my depression. I was given an assessment very quickly due to having a young baby. I was assigned a therapist called Natasha, from the first telephone appointment she put me at ease straight away, she was brilliant! Listened to my issues and taught me techniques to stop overthinking everything and feel less anxious. She was very understanding and supportive. I learned lots of good tips and techniques to help me.
