I have now had both Covid-19 vaccinations, the first at the Ulster Hospital and the second at the SSE Arena. I am full of praise for all the personnel involved in this process. Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly and helpful. You would not have thought they were carrying out the same tasks repeatedly, as I was treated as if I was the first person to arrive that day. A huge thanks to everyone involved.
