" Brilliant practice and wonderful staff"

I have nothing but praise for everyone at this practice, and the nearby pharmacy. My late mother who had dementia for 10 years was given the highest level of care by all the staff and my father's concerns were always taken seriously. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the doctors would do home visits without any hesitation, due to my mother being housebound. The GPs and practice nurses treated my mother with the utmost care and respect and ensured that, as family members, we were involved in any decision making concerning my mother's care and treatment. This wonderful care was also extended to my father, also a patient at the practice, and for many years a carer for my mother. The practice staff were involved in keeping an eye on my father's mental as well as physical health and l know he is very grateful for all of their support, as am l.

Additional thanks should also go to the pharmacy who delivered essential medications to my parents, often on the same day they were prescribed. This service was invaluable and very much appreciated.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice and am so very grateful to the wonderful and person- centered care my parents were lucky to have received over the years. Thank you so much.
