On 3 separate days this week I have been hanging on the phone for over 90 minutes, waiting to get through to the surgery.
Once I had got through I was dealt with very effectively.
This surgery definitely needs more staff to answer the phones. Keeping patients waiting for that length of time causes a lot more stress and upset than is acceptable
