"Unwelcoming staff and doctor"

Clementine Churchill Harrow : The reception staff needs to be more welcoming,they are absolutely rude!

I have been visiting this hospital since 2007 privately and the doctors have always been very patient in listening to the problems and explaining everything.

I visited the hospital recently being referred by NHS and this time I felt very strange. Was that because I had come through NHS and not private?

Funny the doctor gave me a leaflet to explain a certain procedure and I wasn’t sure if I could go ahead with that procedure so he asked me to return the leaflet....
