I just want to say a huge thanks for all the help and support that the physiotherapist Joe has given me over the past 12 weeks. I was a little reluctant in the beginning to take part, but after the 1st session I felt completely at ease and looked forward to a Thursday morning.

Calling out our names and giving encouragement throughout each session really did make me feel like I was part of a group. It made such a difference when the weather was bad and we were in lockdown. I received the youtube link and I'm determined to keep up the exercise as it also helped to improve my mood. Well again thanks so much Joe and I wish you the very best.
