"Rude Staff Member"

After being made to wait for my appointment I was greeted by a very rude staff member working in the Sexual Health department. I had taken my daughter to my appointment since she is only 2 weeks old. During my appointment my daughter started crying and I could not attend to her due to the nature of the appointment. The nurse was extremely rude towards me, asking if there was anyone who could take her and told me to not bring her to any future appointments. Being a young first time mum, I was already stressed and anxious about our outing only to be made to feel even worse. The nurse was not at all polite or understanding and I was left feeling uncomfortable, stressed and was holding back tears.
