I had to have 2 cystograms in March, the second under GA. I was very reassured by the covid safety checks put in place and felt that the staff had a good grip on infection prevention.

Every staff member that I spoke to or saw in person was professional, kind, caring and put me at ease. I was very impressed by the urology team and would recommend their care.

I also had an ultrasound scan in imaging, the sonographer was personable and very professional, her kind manner immediately put me at ease.
