About: Royal Free Hospital

Staff brilliant, security inside very uncaring and rude. Had a consultation with my wife, and when entering the hospital was told to go here there and everywhere making me late for my appointment. Told security guy where I was going and he didn't even know where that was. Very poor for the first visit and would recommend that the security staff had more training and showed a bit more respect for people. Other than that, very pleasant experience.
