"My hospital admission"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department The Ulster Hospital / Ward 4C

(as a service user),

I have an auto immune disease have been shielding working from home full time, I am a trust employee and became unwell with a hand infection last month. Admitted to ward 4C through A&E, I was in safe professional hands from admission to discharge. I felt the medical team, nursing, physiotherapy and OT team were very skilled experienced and were most diligent in my care. Now recovering well with follow up, in the hands of physiotherapy and reflect on my care very positively I am  most grateful . Thank you
