"No one ever answers the phone"

About: North Baddesley Surgery

Been trying for the last 2 hours so far to get through, using my mobile and landline simultaneously. No choice but going to have to go down there for help as no other option. Not really ideal considering the current climate with the pandemic. Luckily I am able to go down there but I worry about the elderly and frail who are not able to just jump in a car or walk on down there, what do they do?

Thank you for your comments. The Partners and staff have been very aware that our telephone system was not fit for purpose. We have responded to this and upgraded it. Of course, please do let us know if you still experience problems in contacting us. Could I also suggest that you may use the e-Consult service through our website as an alternative to the telephone.
