"WARD 31"

I have just had a short stay on Ward 31. I am so impressed with all the staff on this ward. Everyone showed so much kindness and friendliness to every patient but remained professional at all times. They showed respect and were polite to everyone and even though they were very busy they made time to reassure worried patients and to give them the support they need. They maintained discretion to anyone with issues and enabled the patients to retain their dignity and privacy. Every singled person who came into the ward had all the above qualities. It was a pleasure to be looked after by such a lovely team.
