Therapy sessions are finished and I feel I can manage my anxiety which has started soon after I gave birth and I came back to Uk after being back home with my parents for baby’s christening.
Seeing me alone (my husband working 6days/week) and feeling scared something might happen to my baby I became extremely anxious. It’s such a great feeling to be strong enough to deal with anxiety episodes. CBT truly helped me and thanks to Mrs Priya- CBT therapist, who supported and understood me, I feel better today!
