"Needs an Immediate Investigation "

I have sadly watched this once impressive practice deteriorate into one of the worst practices in the area, just read and look at the feedback, It really is about time that someone held the practice manager and board accountable to the local community.

Its easy to blame cut backs Covid etc. but should never detract from good and courteous customer service without the need of having to wait two months for an appointment which was the first date given through patient access or waiting 45 mins plus on the phone to be interrogated by a receptionist to evaluate if you are worthy of an appointment.

In truth many including myself just give up and then you see and hear all the NHS advice relating to many different issues advising you to contact your local doctor should you have any concerns, all I can say is good luck if you live in Marlow and are registered here. I have nothing but praise and admiration for the NHS in general but this practice is failing the community and has been for years and is about time that the practice board stopped burying there heads and started listening to the community and formulate a positive strategy to win back the confidence of the local people and make this practice what it once was.
