"RUDE, SURLY, UNHELPFUL RECEPTIONIST."

I rang late in the day on 14.05.21 to see if I could book a Call Back from a Doctor only to be told to call back after the weekend. When I asked why it was the case that I simply could never get through at any time in the day to book such a call I was met with rudeness and surly contempt. This reflects very badly on the professional reputation of this practice and the patent inadequacies of its administrative approach to patient care.
