About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

I was rushed in with a heart attack and from the very start I was treated with dignity and kindness. When I finally reach the ward Kilverston I was treated with kindness. Dignity. And as an individual. Your HCAS go above and beyond there role. They are the most caring HCAS had to deal with. They find time, even when busy, to talk to you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Again I can’t thank and praise them enough
