My husband has now spent nearly a week off and on trying to speak to someone re his prescription. He works so only has a limited window in which to ring. No-one is answering the calls. He has got down as far as No 1 in the queue, then shoots back up to 3. The service at this medical centre is dire, the receptionists are nothing but rude. It’s about time someone in authority sorted this utter shambles out.
