Trying phoning up wanting blood tests as I have not been feeling well for long time first I could not threw on the phone on hold for over an hour. ANd kept getting cut off. Eventually got threw to be told by Rude staff. I could not have blood and there was no appointments at the princess royal got a least 3 weeks!!! This is ridiculous iam not well and not my own body. And struggling some days. Not happy we other practice
